"The staff is friendly. Issues about the tv and the key pass were quickly resolved. The location is perfect for me. It is very near Burnham Park, jeepneys to La Trinidad, Good Taste Restaurant, Mc Donald’s, and walking distance to the market and Session Road. I thought it is generally clean and had no gut issue after brushing my teeth with the water from the faucet. I was afraid at first due to an experience at another hotel but so far so good. "The place had a nice hot water and we love the rain shower head. Staff members were very nice. The building and location are excellent! I am giving it a three star because the unit we stayed in had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Pillows have bad musty odor. Some of the coffee mugs had broken handles. TV only had one channel. The overall unit is good. We had a ver nice stay. "
