"First of all. The staff. Was very good. They answered all my questions. And took care of all my needs. The hotel itself. Is an older hotel. It has a lot of problems. Cockroaches. Ant's. No T, VS in the room. No refrigerators in the room. No screens on the windows. No air con. The interior of the room looked very outdated, with a lot of patches on the walls and the ceilings uncared for. But overall? It was comfortable. The only amenities? Was hot water and coffee."
"Although hotel is old, it is
Conveniently located , have friendly staff and helpful. Shops and stores and church nearby.
Central location and transportation closeby."
"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this transient.
When we first checked in, there was a cockroach in our room, the room had a bad smell, and the water heater wasn’t working.they transfer us to another room, but unfortunately, the flush toilet and bidet in the new room were also not functioning properly.
The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even worse.
Breakfast was scheduled to start at 8:30 AM, which is already quite late. To make...
"I suggest Orbitz would take this out. I called the property telling them that we will be checking in between 9:00-10:00 pm. He told me guard is 24 hrs. When we got there can't find it. Place was soo dark, no lights on. Called and looking for the place while on the phone. No guard ir caretaker, have to wait for 20 minutes. Just the entrance alone is soo dirty, rooms so smelly, not enough parking for 2 vehicles, I booked for 8 persons for 2 rooms. She was providing 1 bathroom and told me 1 booked...
"The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. "
"Picture didn’t align with room
Room was sold on to others before we arrived while we booked 3 hrs in advance. Chaos in Booking system.
New room was poor quality
We asked for broom to clean floor ourselves
Bathroom very small
No hot water
Person 5/6 had to sleep on matras on the ground while it is a 6 person room
overpriced for what you get.
Disappointing experience. Never had issues with agoda or hotels.com."
