"I booked this Hotel through Expedia while being in Trujillo Peru, at time of my arrival to the hotel for a triple room with 2 senior citizen and myself and carrying all of our bags the staff apologized saying they dont have any rooms and they did not refresh their page before thats the reason why I still could book it, but they just realized it when I arrived. In my opinion this is a bad service because I did not take any other offers in the area around plus took a taxi to this address and ended...

"Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. "I stayed here with my husband for a quick one night stay before heading to Puerto Malabrigo. The breakfast in the room was a very nice touch! it's about 5 blocks or so from Plaza de Armas but I really liked how they had a private area for us to park our rental car.
