The host was always available by email and even took our late flight into consideration and without me even asking gave us a late checkout. "This property is an absolute gem! The panoramic cabin was so worth the extra money as it had one of the most amazing views that I’ve ever seen. We knew it was a risk to stay here and not see the Northern Lights in early September but we were rewarded with a beautiful show both nights we stayed here.
