"Room was tidy and clean but bathroom door wouldn’t shut and shower door cannot be closed completely. Shower head was not secured properly.There was not enough towels or toilet rolls. The hotel didn’t supply fresh drinking water. Parking was very difficult to find a slot. Contact number given on website was never answered despite calls to update plan a week advance about arrival time but they replied by message on Expedia. Overall 2/5 rating.."

"Comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfy mattress, nice communal/ coffee area. The only negative was that the bunk bed isn’t screwed into the wall so if the person on top rolled over, it would wobble and bang on the wall."
