"Absolutely incredible stay! Everything about Cinco Balconi was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. "We liked the Hotel overall. Some details were not perfect, for example the bathroom could be in a better condition. The a la carte breakfast was very good but very small portions. All in all a good hotel for 1-2 nights to explore the Etna area."

"The host was amazing and the place was so unique to our stay in italy. Definitely the best hotel experience we had for our entire trip in Italy!!
