"Me levantaron una reserva que había hecho casi dos meses antes, la primera vez que me ocurre en 20 años utilizando reservas por internet. Le echan la culpa a Hoteles.com. Coincidía con la final de la Champion en Madrid. En el Hostal San Marcos, de Alovera a unos kilómetros de allí, con un trato fabuloso, resolvieron la situación."

The shower/wetroom was dirty the whole time I stayed (4 nights) shower curtain had stains, wall tiles had mould instead of grout and the bathroom door frame (at the bottom - 30/40 cm) was black with mould.
