"only furniture is 3 hard kitchen chairs and broken backs for 4 people. the bed was like sleeping on the ground. tossed and turned all night. Woke with sore back and hips. This location should be removed from Hotels.com"

"This property was a decent and convenient stay. The kids enjoyed the play room in the garage. The AC worked well and the location was conveniently located by Fresno State for Commencement so we didn’t have to travel far. I was surprised to see the chairs at the kitchen table were worn down and used, but other than that the stay was nice and convenient. "

"Perfect place for a weekend in Shaver we had a great time. Perfect location to walk to the pizza place and bakery! "

"We had a fantastic stay at The Boat House Cottage! Easy to find and only 20 mins away from Shaver Lake. When we arrived, everything was spotless. The heater was on so it was a comfy temperature, and there was a little basket of snacks. Everything is well-thought out, from a stocked kitchen (with two coffee machines) to extra blankets and puzzles/games around the house. There’s a large smart TV and strong WiFi too. Super cozy for our winter getaway! Highly recommend."

"Nice property with great possibilities. Great views large size rooms. Internet is horrible at .68 download and .12 upload. No way to do minor work from home stuff or use electronics. Exterior of house need major TLC. The screen doors are hanging by a tread. N6 remotes for the tv and not one worked all functions."

"Been moving from SoCal to NorCal for the past 4 days, and paying $120+/night at hotels with the same look and feel ‐ UNTIL I stepped into my room at rhe Rodeo. It blew me away! It was after a long, hot day and the AC was up to the task and it was a perfect 70 degrees in no time. Nice, clean western decor and cool laminate flooring (as opposed to gross carpeting harboring someone's foot fungus and flicked boogers) with LOTS of room not matter if I brought a 500-lb. steer or a 9-pound Chihuahua-turned-football! I sort of felt like I got someone else's room, I was stoked and even wanted to order overpriced food via room service to celebrate! Now it's time to check out the bed with the First Flop! And ... it ... is gonna be REAL hard to make that 11AM checkout time!"
