"I had a great experience staying at the University Inn in Fresno. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. It doesn’t have all the amenities you might find at some of the more expensive hotels, such as shampoo and conditioner, but honestly, that wasn’t a big deal for me.
What I really appreciated was the privacy and relaxed atmosphere. Nobody bothered me, and I was able to come and go and do what I needed to do without any issues. Being from out of town...
"The cabin was cute, but very hard to turn around your car. I’d suggest they provide some glasses to get a drink etc. there are no end tables to put your glasses on or anything beside your bed. It’s a basic cabin The best part was the bathroom and shower."
"Cute cabins. Clean for how they likely get used. Heat was small portable electric unit, that worked to keep us warm at an average outside 45f
Shower very small, but you could use the campground shower a couple hundred feet away. Lots of wildlife. Thin walls, so hope your neighbors are respectful.
We enjoyed it!"
"The smell of mold slaps you in the face the moment you open the door. After checking the cabinets for the items the facility had available there was mouse poop in every kitchen and bathroom cabinet. The first night of sleep we heard mice squeezing and running under the master bed. After waking the next morning we inspected under the bed and there was mouse poop under the master bed as well. The shower was almost worse than a mobile home camper shower."
"Rooms were neat and cozy. Loved the faux wood stove. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a bit too big for my taste. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again and also would recommend"
"The property was fair. No black out curtains . I left a small creamer for coffee out the first day and it filled up with ants all over the pantry. Needs to be sprayed. We made sure not to leave out any food and it was good. The place has all the essential items that a family needs. We enjoyed our stay. You get what you pay for. It’s a solid place."
