"I think this is a great place to stay when visiting Armenia and the surrounding areas. The location is perfect and can be a home base when traveling to surrounding towns and attractions. It is on a pedestrian-only street so there is no noise from traffic. It can get loud on the street on the weekend so request a room at the back of the hotel. "Budget hotel in the city center. Located on pedestrian street with several restaurants and cafes and shops. Good location if you want to travel around the region. The buses stop couple of blocks away from the hotel but easy transport options. Plenty of police presence in night so it’s safe. Hotel can sometimes be noisy but I found it ok for the price. Comfy bed, decent shower and a huge tv. A small fan to beat the heat. Staff is friendly "
