"This seems to be a newly built or renovated hotel from top to bottom. The room and bathroom was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the room but due to the Bogota weather, the room was not overly warm. The hotel is within walking distance to a bakery, supermarket, pizza place and other eateries.
The hotel parking garage is extremely small and fits 5 to 6 vehicles but unless you are the last one to arrive, you must wait for the other vehicles to be moved...
"I loved staying at this property. Very comfortable and conveniently located. The amenities were great with a complete kitchen, nice washer and dryer, and I really loved the fireplace. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. The host is very attentive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I hope to stay here again when i return to Bogotá soon."
"
The property itself looks nice and well maintained, and the staff were polite and cooperative. However, I strongly advise anyone booking through Hotels.com to be very cautious.

"I had a great stay at Zitu 106. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, with shops nearby and easy access to exploring the area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"
"Everything was great initally. When i went to extend my stay gor another nite, they told me they would not accept expedia bookings, only cash. Since i already booked it and after showing my expedia receipt, they accepted that for one more nite. I feel they should not be on expedia site if theyre not accepting expedia payment, only cash on site. I was disappointed."
"The view is fantastic. Fireplace and deck are perfect for relaxing at night. Fabian is very helpful. If you have knee problems rent the lower unit the upper unit has funky stairs. All in all this place was perfect for me. "

Hace mucho frío, no hay chimenea o algún medio distinto de calefacción que las cobijas térmicas, lo que te obliga a estar en la habitación.
