"We really like the property. The service was above and beyond excellent. The room was really clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The mattress maybe could use an update. But overall we were really surprised and really happy with our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Franklin. Love the town. Love the hotel. Love the staff. "Much nicer than the places I had previously stayed at in Warren when I came up to participate in the Wild Winds Folk Arts and Crafts Festival. Room was clean and as described. I did not have the included breakfast so I can’t review that. It’s a quiet area. There are restaurants not too far from the hotel. Having the Walmart right across the street was very convenient. My only complaint was the stomping around from the person in the room above me for 1 night of my stay but that was not within the...

"We were in town for a funeral. The hotel is an older hotel and the rooms looked like an older hotel. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and safe. For the price, we thought we got a good deal. We stayed there before when we came to visit family. We would stay again. The "breakfast" was just coffee, cereal and toast. (The hotel is right beside Kings restaurant if you want more for breakfast.)"
