"Lovely clean room and bathroom. Information on booking says rooms are loud as next to bars but wow: the loud is an understatement. Literally cannot sleep until it stops at 02:30. Only reason we wouldnt stay again"

"The location was great, right in the middle of Temple Bar which is a very bustling tourist area with traditional Irish pubs on every corner. The hotel itself is a bit of a dump though, the only lift was being repaired so we had to carry our suitcases upstairs, the room was small, dark, and overheated, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok but the shower stall was very small. If you arrive by car there is no parking and the street is very narrow so even pulling over and parking...

"There is BIKE locking station in the garden. A jacuzzi, games room, etc. Rooms are cleaned multiple times daily. Never a wait for shower or bathroom. Beds are supper comfy, pillows are flat like a pancake 😁. I really loved this hostel's design. Thank you staff for your hard work and kind and helpful customer service. You are the real MVPs! Only con: you have to pay 8 euros to store your baggage if you arrive before check in time. But you are more than welcome to lounge in the common room until...

"Well well well, where do I start. Honestly part of this was on me, I didn’t look at the reviews of the hotel before booking. A room that just about fit a double bed in along side a bathroom with a toilet that was about an inch from the wall (no room to wipe). The bed felt like I was on a trampoline with the amount of springs bouncing me up as I went to lay down. Honestly though all round pretty clean but more of a surface level clean if you get me. "I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...
