"The room had stains on the wall. The bedding had cigarette holes, given that it was a smoking room but c'mon! The shower head was awful and the water wasn't very hot. Now, let me tell you about the worst part, I have bites from head to toe. My face, shoulders, back of legs and feet. Bed bug bites!!! We had to wash and dry everything on high heat for 2 hours. We thought maybe it was mosquitos since there wasn't a screen on the window, but the last night we were there I saw a tiny bed bug on my pillow! we stayed because the reviews weren't terrible. But never again!!"

"The room was not properly prepared for guests. There was an ozone machine left running inside without any warning from staff, and after entering the room we experienced coughing and difficulty breathing from the exposure. The room also did not feel clean there was human hair on the bed and the bedding appeared poorly maintained, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably and decided to leave. This experience was disappointing and concerning from a safety and cleanliness standpoint."

"We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. We were on the ground level and can hear every movement above us. "
