"Been more than 10 years of traveling but this is the first time I have to move out in the middle of the booking cause their bad services. Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. "We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Comfy and cozy atmosphere, really helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is opposite the beach, we also easily rented motorbikes so we could go anywhere in the city."
