"My toilet overflowed at 10pm and lady at desk handed me a plunger. It backed up so far that it came out of sink and tub. When i completed the plunging went back to front desk and nobody was there. Plus no one was at desk in morning. My room was terribly smell all night. The entire night was a nightmare!!!!"

"Our family stayed here for the Christmas holiday and it was an amazing time. The property is new, spacious, clean, modern with a cozy feel and offers privacy for outdoor fun. We have stayed many places and the Codax Retreat by far is one of the BEST places we have stayed at. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for comfort and optimal fun with their family. :-) "

"The house was beautiful and clean. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We loved the woods, rural setting, lakes, hiking, state parks, etc. We will definitely stay there again when near that area."
