The staff were friendly but not entirely familiar with services supposedly offered (i.e. stamps and post services). "Hotel seemed to be newer or newly renovated, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We stayed in a family room which felt like a clean hostel and was very very tight/small. We seemed to be one of the only guest staying there which made it nice to use the small common space. They had a lot of rooms so I’m not sure how it would be if the hotel had a lot of guest.
