"“Mixed” experience - definitely a beautiful location and an amazing breakfast to kick off the day. That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Additionally, portions are rather small (we ordered two dishes each) and the quality of the food is only mediocre."

"We had a great stay at the Staffler. The rooms are pretty basic but comfortable and clean. What makes this hotel exceptional is the service. Everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough for you, They definitely go above and beyond. The ski guiding service that they provided was great and a real bonus. There were no restrictions on our dog and he received lots of loving attention. He had a ball. I would highly recommend the hotel and we would certainly go back. "
