"We didn’t manage to stay there as was able to book online but when we arrived they said that we had been tricked and they didn’t have any room. I showed them my receipt and they still said we had been tricked. Don’t check computer at any stage. Left us nowhere to stay that evening "

"Good for family travel ! I will come back!"

"THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED. we waited in front of the hotel for 2 hours. they didn't open the doors. When I first got there I knock the door I saw people inside but they hid after seeing me lol :D I cried in front of the entrance because this was my second horrible hotel experience in Vietnam. We talked with their neighbors and they said almost 10 people every week experience the same as me. They just don't let the costumers in and keep the doors locked all the time. So don't book it"

"The staff were extremely helpful. We loved the pool in the afternoon after a hot day of exploring. The breakfast was superb."

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and the family that runs it. I thought the price was too good to be true, but I took a chance and so glad I did. I would have paid 5x more. It’s located in a small alley with a market, hair and nail salons, an outdoor market on the same block, abd 10 min walk to Old Town. The rooms are cool (we actually turned off the AC), clean, and large. And the family, well they are my new family."

"This was a classic bait and switch. The photos of the hotel may have been real but they were extremely old. To start with the opening to thr street is wide open, no door or other security measures. Anyone on the street can walk right in a up to the rooms which only lock with a standard key. It was dingy, dusty and outdated my first clue was the paper book check in. The bathroom floor and shower were dirty. There was even a soap dispenser with a layer of dirt on top of it and a old tattered hand...

"The landlord is very good, warm welcome. They also directed me to buy cheap goods."

"Det smukkeste lille hotel! Simpelthen en perle, så smuk og virkelig hyggeligt. Personalet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Og dejligt med cykler til gratis udlån!"

"A good budget hotel, close to riverside shops and restaurants; room needed a thorough cleaning, lots of mildew in evidence."

"宿泊したドミトリーのベッドがバンクベッドではなく、セパレートのトイレとシャワーも清潔でとても過ごしやすかった"

"エアコンも扇風機も利用出来ました。 ベッドやシーツも清潔でした。 蚊が何匹もいてとても不安でした。 それと、コンセントが何箇所もあるのにスムーズにさし込みが出来ず少し不便でした。 値段がとても安いので広さとアクセスの良さ重視の人には良いと思います。"

"This hotel is very clean and staff are courteous. Very nice breakfast as well."

"Safe and quiet area ,clean room, air conditioning good, daily breakfast ,the manager ly super professional, helpful and great person."

"Great place, staff were so accommodating and warm especially Tien, location is in a great spot and the room was comfy. Will be back!"
