Friendly and welcoming staff

Clean and convient. Wish there was soap bars instead of body wash

Great experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel lobby smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. My room was on the 2nd floor, so easy access to the pool and fitness room. Room was huge and clean and looked exactly like the online pictures. The layout of the room and bathroom was great (with plenty of countertop space). There was a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Instead of an iron/ironing board, there was a steamer in the closet....

In a central location

Only stayed for one night while in town for a show. The hotel is quite nice and quiet, very walkable to a number of places, including the House of Blues, where I was going. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Some of the softest linens I've come across as well, including the towels, which almost anywhere else I've stayed tend to be scratchy and rough. It was a hot and humid week so the AC was a must and it worked perfectly (and also very quiet too, which is great for a light...

Great room. The view of downtown Houston is pretty amazing, and the room was very comfortable and quiet.

Courteous, friendly staff and a great location if you have anything at the convention center. Walking distance to restaurants.

We've stayed here a couple of times now and we have always had a great experience with service. The suite gives plenty of space to work at times and has been quiet the times I've been here. I don't usually do the breakfast so I don't have much to say about that. The only thing that can get confusing on arrival is the entrance to the property. You have to go through a Denny's at a very awkward corner and at times there is so much traffic from an adjacent restaurant that it's difficult to get...

This hotel offers an excellent stay with several great features. The parking lot is well-lit. It's conveniently located near downtown attractions, making it easy to explore the area without a long drive. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Mattress could be better.

Always our go to when attending a dance competition in Stafford. Never disappoints!

I love the two tvs in the room snacks and food available to buy in the lobby. My favorite part was the bathroom very huge super spacious. Staff was overly welcoming and

Great location and price plus the staff was nice. The only issue i had is the shower had no place to place my bar soap or my wifes liquid soap. We literally had to place them on the shower floor while taking a shower. Room 1213. Im not sure if all rooms are this way.

This place is perfect for either couples or people lodging on their own. It has just about everything you need and the rooms are a pretty good size.

I liked the clean room, comfortable bed and staff willingness to help. The breakfast was an added plus. I have stayed there several times.
