I think the walls are thin, can hear chairs getting moved in other rooms (perhaps they should have rubber backing) and lots of noise around our room, even with earplugs. Also need to indicate that there are no elevators in the facility so be ready to climb if assigned a higher floor."

There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved.
