"There is no kitchen, kettle or microwave. There is no common area. Because of this people eat in the beds, in dormitory and even in hallways. Under the beds are many crumbs that do need yo be cleaned up. Check in was great but after that staff were less helpful. The cost of a coffee changed with the staff person. The place you could sit to eat your own food changed (even though the restaurant was closed most of the time I was there. Many people staying there had no idea you could eat your own...

"Facilities were good. Stay spoilt by someone trying to smash the front door in at 4am in the morning. Maybe we were unlucky, but not a nice experience. Wouldn’t risk staying again."
