I really enjoyed the area. The main road in to Yongshou however requires a fee to drive on it during the day. This made it very hard to go into town because DiDi and taxi's wouldn't pick us up. "

"We were initially given a room with a mouldy smell and bad view. But we're glad that the staff allowed us to change our room to a more appropriate one, though the water heater was difficult to control. Room heating was very strong, though."

"This is a great hostel/hotel located off the strip, West Street. It is .65 of a mile from the loud pedestrian street. The building is 6 stories tall. Mattresses are Chinese, therefore thin. However, they are comfortable. There are some English programs on the TV, just have to look for the BBC. Martin, the host, has a wealth of knowledge and eager to assist in any way possible. Plenty to do in the area. "
