Alles sehr bewusst angelegt und eingerichtet, mit Blick auf Maya-Traditionen. Wir würden kostenlos vom Tren Maya abgeholt und es besteht eine kostengünstige Taximöglichkeit ins Zentrum. "Es un destino excelente para desconectarse de la vida cotidiana y coincidir un poco con la naturaleza, es una combinación entre hotel y airbnb, tiene servicio a cuarto pero limitado, no tiene bar , ni tv, tiene internet, piscina y servicio de cafe."
"Air conditioning was awful. The rooms would turn off and the living room didn’t have it. The kitchen is just set up as a decoration. You can’t even use it. You have to use the back up kitchen they told us we broke a couple little arrangements which we never did. They just wanted to keep our deposit? I’ve been trying to call them back for the deposit and now they’re not responding back to me, really bad communication very upset "
