"Dirty! Smashed/smeared spider on the wall, missing outlet covers, broken drywall, hot/humid in the lobby (so bad there was condensation on everything), no ice machines (you have to ask front desk who has a bag of ice THEY reach in and get your ice for you), only 4 bagels set out for breakfast (for the only 4 people who were staying - me, my bf, and 2 of our friends), they couldn’t put our rooms together even though we were the only ones there, the beds were so hard I might as well have slept on...
