"My room had very stained walls, curtains, and bed spread. Bed and pillow very firm and uncomfortable. Not at all like the photos. The shower had a lot of rust stains. The common areas were dirty, dusty, stained and the furniture is so old it's uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly when I checked in/out. Air conditioner had dirt and mold inside it when i turned it on. Nearby area is fine. Location is good. "

"The hotel was clean. The room is very small. The location is by the subway, which you can hear throughout the day and night. The hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. Everyone was friendly but there was a lot of homeless people around."

"The location of this property is amazing if you want to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Staff service was acceptable. I didn’t appreciate all the waivers that I had to sign that I would check out on time at 10 a.m. or else I would be subject to a fee. Also I signed an agreement that if I lost the room key I would need to pay an additional 3,000 yen. "

"Checking in was super easy as it was done online, which meant we didn’t have to worry since our flight was delayed. Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The trains could be heard but it really didn’t bother me. "
