"Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit salad and a good (and rarely seen) muesli option as well as the other usual options.
Air conditioning was excellent and bed extemely comfortable and all very clean
The shower cubicle did leak on to the floor but that has occurred in every hotel I’ve been in in France. Also shower floor was very slippery for some reason. ( the surface it’s made from s slippery)

"This is a nice place to stay outside of Avignon. It was like a 20-25 min walk to downtown, which was not bad and was very pleasant area to be at night (quiet). We liked the room as it was clean and spacious. The shower is a shower/bath. We were allowed on site parking for free. The staff was very friendly."

"Leo owner was great and accommodating. Room basic and with minimum soap and shampoo. Breakfast disappointing and minimalist. Location good as in old part of city and walking distance to attractions and public transport. Downside, it gets noisy after midnight as they clean streets."
"When it's bloody hot, you book a hotel with a pool. Only no water in the pool, no breakfast at a decent time and in the room you can't turn your ass. It's a one time experience."
"The room was a little bit outdated but it was functional and cover for our needs. We regret paying for the breakfast because it was more of a continental breakfast and othe place give egg and bacon or egg and susuge on top of the other options. The room was clean and staff was friendly."
