"First of all, Provided property number was wrong.somehow i manage to collect number from internet . When i call they totally refused about the bookings. I was with my family. I suffer alot mentally coz it was a very rush period at puri due to rath yatra. Some how i booked another room at last hour with double price.. i dont know whose fault was that..but i suffer..

"There was no property to start with. The Hotel in question didn’t exist as the building it was supposed to occupy was occupied by some other hotel. The guy was only available on phone (mobile) and he kept us waiting for nearly 3 hrs trying to accommodate us in some hotel. After complaining to Hotels.com, finally he managed to shunt us to a dinghy hotel in the bylanes called Hotel Kuber. We had to again arrange & pay for our own transport to that hotel. Hotel Kuber was in the filthiest bylanes...

The rooms were too small and no chairs, no shampoo, bedsheets were stained, no intercom working, no running hot water, single towel for two people and napkins were not available.It was showing free parking in app but no parking and the hotel name differ when compared to app. Over all unsatisfactory in many accepts."
