"Satisfied"

"Great view of lake Taal, surrounding area is nice I did a lot of walking around. They have what they call a clean as you go policy, they rely on that far too much. The room was filthy mites running around everywhere. they need to give them security deposit, when I got into the room, I saw the only way to retrieve it is through GCash. I called the host to to let her know I do not use cash and to let her know that I was gonna be leaving the unit early and asked her if she could come by and...

"was good experience overall"

"Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working."

"Too small and not fairly clean."

"The front desk staff were all a,aging as well as the kitchen staff. The owner Roan was a very pleasant man and enjoyed conversations with him. Looking forward to another stay here in the future. The property is located a long distance from all the noise and congestion ad a very peaceful...

"There was no vacancy and the hotel operator claimed that they're no longer associated with Expedia for three years now and their hotel is still listed on the Expedia website. Need to get refund from reservation made with Expedia."

"This place is in a slum."

"Decent overnight stay for a very affordable price. Food was great and staff are very helpful. "

One of us was given a room change because the issue could not be fixed quickly and that was also very much appreciated to be given a new room with everything in working order. The staff was pleasant and kind. And the A/C in each room was a life saver as well as having a nice warm shower in the...

"Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!"
