"The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time.
