The hosts are extremely helpful, and offer transportation to/from ski rentals, slopes, restaurants, and hot spring/onsen for bathing. The host gave us recommendations for dining and we felt like we were at a 5-star resort with no worries. Very cozey stay for those seeking and enjoyable adventure to Zao Onsen. I definitely recommend."

"-A traditional, neat Ryokan which run by a three gen family. -The family is very hospitable. -You can visit 3 share onsen freely by stay in the Ryokan. -Don't miss the dinner and breakfast which prepare by the owner. Very fresh ingredient with huge amount of dishes and please make space from your stomach before the meal."
