"Overall it's good for a night or two at best. Upon check-in I noticed a broken towel hook, a couple stains on the couch, a child's toy and lots of dirt under the couch, and there was no trashcan. I let the virtual front desk know about the towel hook and requested a trashcan both through text and a phone call. They said they would make a note of the hook and have someone bring a trashcan. "I got bed bugs bites all over from staying in the angel room last night. Thankfully I didn’t bring any of my luggage inside but beware because they can hitch a ride in your luggage. Yuck"
