The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "It may have been a little too small for our family of 4(maybe for a couple or family of 3 would still be doable), but it was very tight for us but we made it happen! Especially with 2 teenagers, we were breathing in each other's necks! Overall, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Tanaka-san helped us with everything we needed and beyond(luggage transfers) We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future!"

"I chose this hotel for its location next to a ski resort and I liked the look of the tatami rooms. This hotel is very cheap and you get what you pay for. The room was small and old, the futon mattresses you use to make your bed were thin and I woke up achy every day. The staff were helpful and friendly with limited English.
