"The breakfast bar was nearly EMPTY at 815am. It was advertised from 6 to 10. I asked if they would provide more eggs, sausage and muffins and the staff said no. Thsre was ONE piece of toast, 2 bagels and 5 muffins left for us. "

"Bernardston, Mass. is a tiny hamlet in Western Mass. near Greenfield 9 miles from my son's family, his wife and my grandchildren reside. The Inn where I normally stay was closed so I sought a new place to stay for a week while visiting them. What a total surprise, what a total pleasure. This is a cozy 12 room motel, recently under new ownership and recently renovtated. "I’m 50 years old and this is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life- I’ve traveled to many developing countries. Everything was simply gross and to top it off the tv and internet did not work. One positive- the exterior and staff were fine but this didn’t help with the actual accommodations and was actually misleading. "

"We picked it because it was close to Six Flags and we didnt want to have to drive home 3 hours that night. Check in was easy, we wanted take out and staff gave us tons of menus. We picked the Indian place next door, it was Ok. The rooms are dated, mostly clean, other than that wet carpet spot I stepped in, which was the fridge defrosting as it was unplugged. (God please be the fridge defrosting). Bed was comfy, TV not bad. "
