"الغرفه اصغر مما تتوقع صغيره جدا جدا لاتستطيع ان تضع حتى حقيبتك او سرير لطفل وازعاج كثير لايوجد عازل صوت ولا يوجد صخان للقهوى ولا يوجد مستلزمات دورة المياه حتى الفطور غير متنوع والقاعه صغيره.. بس الموظفين والموقع جيد جدا قريب من شارع نظامي"

"Great stay, except we did not have water for about 4-5 hours, it stopped working while I was in the shower and full of soap. The next day the AC stopped working, but I have to say that the employees were very accommodating and gave us another room for us to sleep in because it was so hot. Because of how the employees handled it I would stay there again. The rest of my stay was well worth it. It is a wonderful location, although not easy to find at first, but once there the food was great and so...
"Extremely helpful and polite staff. Especially the director I think his name is Elmer he was so helpful , he helped me me to understand other staff as their English was basic. Also , he took me to do shopping with his own car and for free . I was really impressed with his attitude and his willingness to help. Only small issue with shower but Elmer explained that to the other staff and all was fixed . The staff are very quick in their response and fix the problems. I highly recommend this hotel ....

"Absolutely loved staying here. It was central and walking distance to everything in Baku. The hotel was clean. The staff were accommodating and Wahid was exceptional. Such a lovely young gentleman.
The breakfast was continental. The rooms on the 3rd floor. Shops and food places on the same road. We could see the flame tower from the hotel. I will definitely be visiting again and recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for looking after us."
