"the keycards would stop working at a random time, and we had to keep asking staff to give us new ones. they even stopped working an hour before us checking out. besides that, the room was clean, air conditioning worked wonderfully. no ideas on parking as neither of us drive."
"This was a very nice place where everything worked as it should. The staff are so nice and helpful. The room was immaculate, smelled nice and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The pool and hot tub were nice to have use of also.
The breakfast was amazing! So many choices! Enough to accommodate pretty much any diet. We will definitely stay there when we visit that area every time."
"This hotel was great! The staff were super nice, and very helpful. The room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the bar/restaurant downstairs can be a bit loud- though they do provide the rooms with great white noise machines- so that helped---oh, and the sensor light that comes on when you walk in the bathroom is really bright if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Overall, I'd stay there again! Good experience."
"Walking into this place will remind you of walking into your high school in the 60s, smell and all.. the pictures shown of this place do it far too much justice because it is no where near as nice as the pictures.. I was coming from 5 hours away and was allowed to check in early (which i appreciated).. the staff when i checked in was very helpful.. that was the end of my good experience.. going to the room I quickly learned why this place was so inexpensive.. the mattresses are on a huge metal...
"J’ai surtout apprécié la disponibilité du personnel. Ils répondent à nos demandes et essaient de nous satisfaire le plus que possible. Personnel très courtois. Déjeuner moyen.
Ce qui ma déplu: le manque de propreté des lieux en général. L’odeur d’humidité du tapis, la baignoire qui ne draine pas et autres. En tout cas, Best western ne sera pas mon premier choix d’hébergement à mon prochain voyage ."
"Maybe its bad timing the elevator wasnt working when i went… good thing im only on the 3rd floor. I also heard some ac was not working… my ac was working too well cuz it’s too cold that I cant sleep. I also cant control the ac. Other than that staff were friendly and explains well… room was clean, im in a private room. I also dont like how the light is motion sensitive cuz I constantly need to wave for it to light up again."
