"It is hard to get hotels in Isafjordur. The Edda Hotel in Isafjordur was simple but we had comfortable stay. It as expensive by European standards with no breakfast included. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. "
"There is a lot of renovation going on at Reykjanes, but mostly that's on the exterior and doesn't affect the interior or your comfort in anyway. Don't let the exterior view of the building put you off. The place has an interesting history and they're building for the future. The small peninsula on which the hotel is located is interesting in itself with a salt factory, "hot beach", and of course the large hot pool. The setting and the views are pure Westfjords. It's a breathtaking one hour....or...
"The Manager was very helpful and he gives us a lot of information on the area. He even come to our room to inform us of the northern light that night. Very pleasant stay. "
