"The property was everything we expected and more the first 2 days. The elevator stopped operating and the ice machine stopped making ice. The on call holiday staff did bring bags of ice but the elevator could not be repaired. I was given a refund of 20% discount on my nightly rate. Was not totally satisfied but agreed to the 20%. "

"The property was very easy to access and the room was exactly what we needed to get some sleep so we could drive some more. The person working the desk is wonderful and even stayed up to make sure we got in ok. The only thing I would note is it says it can handle large vehicles like uhauls but there is no room to park in the lot so we had to park across the street. "

"Sharon and Andy are amazing hosts!!!! They checked on us as we arrived to make sure that everything met our expectations. The communication before we arrived was awesome and they were always really quick to respond. This was our 2nd trip to their home to celebrate Christmas with 4 generations. There is plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen has all of the things that we needed. And of course, we would return again."
