"We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, taking time to answer our questions and help us navigate local transport. A special surprise was being upgraded to a larger room, it was such a lovely gesture, especially as we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary (which the hotel didn’t know about!). In the forest! And the whole FOREST is singing - with the birds, with the vibrant green colours and with the light! This is June 1, officially summer, and a glorious day, but also so cold that I actually longed for mittens (!) at one point... The temperature here today, on the West Coast of Sweden, has been +10°C - +13°C, and quite some wind to that. Now, that is not at all the usual summer temperature, not even close! And then fast changes in the weather: from sun to rain and back again.. And then hailing! So .....here is were I took shelter, under a tree in this forest, while listening to an extraordinary concert from all the birds. They kept singing even through the hailing.
