"My stay at this hotel was ok, but i only stayed for 2 days, the hotel looks dated inside, the lift looks like its been there when the hotel was built, it worked but only2 people would fit in at a time, the staff were very helpful willing to help, the room was tidy enough room for 2 days, had a kettle and drinks,. the bed ..... well 2 days was enough,
the mattress had seen better days, you could fell every spring and wire inside, not very comfortable. free parking out the front of the hotel, but...
"Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, if we plan to go to this area again."

Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff.
Smashed tv with broken glass,kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm,huge crack in the outside pane of the window,hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing,shower didn’t work,uncomfortable bed full of springs,pillows paper thin,and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet.

"Great stay! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly. The rooms are neat and tidy, and while not very big, they’re perfectly adequate for one person. The communal area with an air fryer and microwave is also very convenient. It’s also just a minute walk to the beach! Very good location. Overall, a lovely place for a solo stay!"
"The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

It has been closed down since 2023 and the company are still taking peoples money.
I had to threaten them with the Police to receive a refund. They are part of the OYO group which is situated in India. They have at least 4 hotels in Great Yarmouth that are all closed down and are still taking bookings "
