"Awful. This place is at the back of some kind of children's zoo activity and motoring place. I checked in late. I tried to call them using the property number given but it is the wrong number!! I messaged to say I was going to be late. They said ok. When I told them their number doesn't work they seemed unbothered. When I arrived at 7pm to my shock they said the room is not ready! It should have been ready from 1pm. The staff member shoved me into some 'holding' room saying the room is being...

"Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property."
