"We were originally in a room that faced out to a noisy street, but the staff were more than helpful in accommodating us in another quiet room. They were also very helpful in answering the many questions we had as first-time visitors to the lovely city of Bern. The Hotel National is a very old hotel, but the bathroom had been fully updated and the room was lovely. The included breakfast was very nice too — just what we needed to fuel our site seeing adventures!"
"Everything was good except the elevators didn’t worked. We had to carry our luggage’s to 2nd floor.

"Cute little property and perfect for our one night stay in Interlaken. The cafe is adorable and breakfast was delicious. The staff was super helpful and the location is super walkable to many public transport options. Our main downside was the street noise and church bells that rang hourly through the night."
"Hotel is in a great location, about 5-10 minute walk from the train station. Thomas (host) was terrific, always in a great mood, happy to recommend dozens of things to do within the Valley, for all different levels of activity. Even has drop off/same day laundry service. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is our second time staying here. It’s a good location if you’re traveling by train or car. The Check-In is much different than our stay 3 years ago. No one is on staff for check-in and the QR code process is a little awkward but we figured it out. There was an older couple that accidentally booked the incorrect dates for their trip and were “kicked out” of their room on what they thought was their 3rd night.
