"We arrived late but this wasn’t a problem. Good sized family room that had everything we needed."

WiFi is very low, lift out of service evey night at 10pm, door is wafer thin, anyone could open it with a push, along with walls. Noise all night long, people partying and talking loud everywhere. Staff is not talkative, even if you ask tips or suggestions for food and drinks (they have some agreements with some businesses like HRC or...

"This is not a hotel, I had a very large flat with space for 5 to sleep! Having booked a double room I was surprise, I arrived and no one there to tell me where I needed to go! Had to ring the number for the hotel and eventually someone came with key! There is no reception, no signs but the tiniest one you could imagine that says the name, No lift, so had to walk up 5 floors of stairs No floor mat in the bathroom, When was leaving had to ring for someone to come and collect the key, She...
