"Solo traveler, I stayed 3 nights on a single room with shared bathrooms and it worked perfectly. I think even 2 people could work with that as long as they both fit on a twin bed. I had a great stay. Friendly and helpful staff, room was clean, frequent maintenance to bathrooms. The balcony on the room was perfect!"
"The location is excellent except the street the hotel is on is undergoing construction work underground and is all torn up. It can be noisy Monday thru Friday.
It’s easy walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go in Zurich.
The rooms are very basic , not fancy. Not many power outlets. Only one pillow per person and one towel Beds are ok.
Staff is excellent and eager to help in any way. Vegetarian breakfast is okay. Coffee and tea are available free all day

"We loved this place! It was clean, simple and really perfect for a stay in Lucerne. Breakfast was great and dinner option (extra) was really good! Common areas were excellent and comfortable. Was not too crowded in early October. We had a private room with private bathroom and the beds/pillows were amazing. Probably some of the best beds we had on a 2-week European trip. The room did not have a/c so in the summer, that might not be comfortable. We had a table lamp in our room but no outlets...
