Grounds well maintained and house is decorated with some really cool artwork. . Host was very welcoming and helpful. . House is very roomy and felt like a perfect hime away from home. "Great rental for a group of 9 fisherman to enjoy the weekend. The dock is good but for my boat it has to be high tide to use, we did have access to the deepwater ramp on cedar island with this rental. Plenty of space for grilling and chilling. We enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole boards as well.We plan to stay there again in the near future."
