"We arrived at the house late on a Thursday night. No issues getting in and the property was exactly as described. When we awoke Friday morning, we saw how close we were to the Delaware - literally feet away! That was great, though we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors due to tropical storm Debby. The house was minutes from historic (and adorable) Calicoon where we went for meals. It was only 20 mins to Bethel where we caught a show Friday night. Only suggestion is adding utensils, plates and cups....

"It was okay, the main bathroom got clogged quickly, silverwear wasnt cleaned properly, fridge wasnt working correctly the first few hours, needs kayaks since its by the lake, also has no air conditioner."

"Our family (2 adults, 1 child) spent a wonderful weekend here. Check in and check out were a breeze. The house was SO clean and the property absolutely gorgeous. Our four-year-old enjoyed exploring the farm. We just happened to be coming to the area, but we would love to come back sometime."
