On the negative side the blinds/shades on the terrace were broken which made the terrace unusable during the day when the sun was out. "water was continually leaking in the bathroom. had to turn off toilet tap every time you used the toilet to stop the bathroom floor from being wet. there was another leak from the hand basin. heated in lounge did not work. good position and views."
