"AC worked great. Conveniently located for hoping on a cruise ship-short drive to cruise port. Desk staff were helpful Room was clean but housekeeping didn’t replenish soap or shampoo and left us only one towel despite reservation for two."
"Firstly, every member of staff we came across, from reception, security, cleaner or catering were extremely welcoming and helpful.
The room was as you would expect, and clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay.
We would absolutely return and wholeheartedly recommend Keynes college as a base."

Was up the road, around the Dover area in Kent, desperately looking for a place to stay for night at a reasonable price & everything I could find was very expensive or selling out, then after hours of searching, this New Hotel came up on my Internet search! I drove to it immediately, wasn't many minutes drive, to check out if it was ok & couldn't believe my eyes! No car park, on a broad street beside row of shops & Police Station right opposite which feels safe & row of parking...
"We stayed in room 105, it was clean, didn't see any cleaners over weekend stayed Fri - Mon ,
bed very comfortable, very small toilet shower room, no extractor, the shower could of done with a slide pole to avoid wetting hair, balcony small but sufficient to sit outside sea view, very hot in room, fan supplied in wardrobe, but only one spare plug socket, which was annoying charging phones drying hair, hairdryers available at reception, the staff are happy to give extra tea, coffee milk just ask....
"Room was very clean but this third party check in is for the birds. Foreign country / no available internet to look up info. Thanks to a lovely shop owner we were able to contact the host. He said he didn’t receive my info but I had sent it. What happened - who knows. So I had to resend it with the help of our wonderful shop owner friend! More to the story but I just want to forget the awful experience!"
"Lodge was beautiful in a very quiet secluded wooded area. It was well equipped with everything you need. Hot tub, BBQ and seating area lovely. Very comfortable bed and kitchen had everything you need. Really great stay."
"I stayed for 2 nights. On arrival Friday night only to discover the shower was either freezing cold or scorching. The TV needed a pin. The carpet was disgusting and lifting near the bathroom door
I politely asked a member of staff(woman with blonde curly hair) to see if could things coule be fixed. No offer of a room switch. Simply said maintenance would be in at 10am. I returned later Saturday night to find nothing done!
I suggest the hotel for location and that is it.

"A comfortable and convenient stay in central Margate. The whole apartment was well decorated and equipped, and was just what we needed for our evening at Dreamland.
It's above a central Margate pub, so the outside noise was to be expected. It didn't stop us from getting a decent night's rest, and all in all, great value for money. I'd happily stay here again."
