"We came from Michigan for a concert and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!"

"This hotel runs the incidentals as a charge rather than as an authorization. I caught this and called the hotel asking for a refund of the $100 incidentals charge. I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. "The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable. The employee who checked us out was by herself and kept answering phone calls instead of putting them on hold to let us check out. Our room smelled like a wet dog. We were too exhausted from driving hours to get there that we just sucked it up for the night, and I sprayed my Lysol spray. My daughter found 2 empty water bottles under the bed which makes me wonder how clean the room actually was."
