"Our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days even after speaking to Management, no clean towels, toilet rolls, teas made stuff, nothing, bin not emptied either. We wer told it was because of Covid 19. Although we could pay extra for room to be cleaned if so required. 🤔🙄We had to go to Reception each day n ask for anything we wanted. "Everything was good, except the breakfast. They don't have a "free breakfast" properly, they only provide some milk and cereal and you can use them to make your own meal, but it looks like a courtesy, not a breakfast. And the shower it a bit annoying, but it's pretty OK in general."
