"The duty manager was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area. Convenient location with numerous food and fuel options close by. Easy parking and access. The room was clean, well-stocked and I slept VERY well under the warm blankets on a comfortable bed. Nothing fancy, and that's what I wanted. Thanks to the management and staff!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse Hotel in Richfield Springs with our family and our dog. The location was perfect for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and exploring Cooperstown—just a short, scenic drive away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We really appreciated the freedom to use the shared kitchen and loved helping ourselves to fresh coffee each morning. Sabina checked us in and was incredibly kind and helpful. "The place doesn't necessarily look great from the outside, nor to the hallways, but they have renovated the rooms quite a bit in the last few years. Good sized television and clean. I stay here frequently as it is well located to a lot of other spots. Very convenient."

"We were in town for Cooperstown dreams park and decided to stay here. I can say this has been one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony lake view and spent so much time out there. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area."

"Checkin was pleasant and room was on 1st floor right next to parking, so easy unload and load. There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. This hotel was our choice rather than paying a fortune to stay in Cooperstown. A nearby Walmart and eateries were a plus in this small community. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure great. Lots of table top options in the room were a huge bonus. Makeup area was a little dated, but clean. Refrigerator worked great."
