"This was the worst hotel we stayed in in Poland
- We booked and paid for breakfast, but did not get breakfast on first morning, got breakfast in a paper bag the 2nd morning, which consisted of meat (for a vegetarian) and included no coffee (milk and meat products were standing in front of the room door without cooling at the height of the heat wave), no breakfast on the 3rd morning.
- We would have preferred to change the accommodation to go somewehre with proper breakfast service, as food...

"We stayed here with some family friends and our teenage children while in town for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful, tucked away from all the noise of the main street, and has the most wonderful staff who were so helpful with whatever question or request we had! The interior is very comfortable, clean, and stylish. Thank you Joanna for the warm hospitality. You made sure our stay was everything and more. We will be returning for sure!"
"Their payment system was not working, I was not able to pay through Expedia and receive the discount that I had. For the price I paid, towels were not even included nor shower gels, I had to pay extra to rent some old looking rags. The breakfast was cereal and milk. They also had some cheap bread and jam. Really disappointed in the quality of this hostel considering the price I paid. The only bonus was the location. Would not return!"
"Overall, we were satisfied with our experience at the hotel.
However, we were asked to pay a deposit of 500 PLN upon check-in, which we did. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be transferred as soon as they had checked the room.
When I tried messaging them after 2 days, we heard nothing back. It is now 10 days since we checked out, and we have neither received a response nor our money back.
