When we got there, the sheets were dirty and stained, and one of the blankets had a burn mark from a cigarette. "Some people that checked in next door to me were extremely loud. After waking me up at 1am, I ended up contacting the front desk after an hour of listening to them blast rap music. The front desk immediately took care of it, and I was so grateful 😊 There was a mix up with my billing and my card but it was fixed. The place was very lovely, very clean, and accommodating. Would stay here again, and I am not the easiest to please."

"The hotel looked shady from the get go. The toilet had to be fixed when we got there and couldn’t change rooms he is e”there wasn’t another room available”. Found a couple bed bugs on the sheets and the cover on the other bed looked as if it had dry blood on it. Also it’s not the Hotel Aiken that you’re staying at, but the Holley House. May want to change that on your site. Overall an unpleasant experience to say the least. "
